A Medical Rebrand with a Website & Outreach to Elevate

Envision Medical Group, a southeastern Michigan medical practice, provided meaningful health care for their communities. They wanted their brand presence to reflect the professionalism they bring to the office daily, and that’s where we stepped in.

A Brand is Born

Coming from a long-established brand, Envision Medical Group knew it was time for a sizable branding and website update. Their previous logo and branding had begun to feel stale, so they wanted a full brand overhaul: a new logo, brand book, and website. We considered an updated color palette and fonts alongside the other graphic changes being made and were all too happy to breathe new life into Envision Medical Group’s brand, making it feel fresh.

With the brand established, we then worked on the brand book to tie it all together. This allowed us to make hard definitions of how to use elements and colors. Beyond that, Envision Medical Group provided us with a visual structure to keep their network on brand.

A Revitalized Web Journey

With the brand established, we then worked on the brand book to tie it all together. This allowed us to make hard definitions of how to use elements and colors. Beyond that, Envision Medical Group provided us with a visual structure to keep their network on brand.

Once we launched this, we moved into a marketing campaign that included social media, Google My Business management, content writing, and SEO to highlight their values, benefits, specialists, and primary care physicians. These digital marketing efforts allowed our team to grow their organic presence by building keyword rankings and showcasing relevant content to help users relate to their practice and doctors.

The brand book allowed us to explore what the brand’s new face should look like through immersive imagery and color use.

By exploring image treatments, lines, shape work, and beyond, we came to a conclusive look and feel that was solidified in writing.

UX Testing

By analyzing heat maps and session recordings, we enhanced the website’s usability, focusing on user difficulties in locating doctors and accessing telehealth services.

Franchise Plugin

Our Franchise plugin consolidated Envision Medical Group’s practices onto a single site, featuring individual subsections for each practice to display services, providers, and online appointment scheduling.

Dedicated Server

We established the website on a Liquid Web dedicated server to handle high traffic efficiently and securely, ensuring fast load times and enhanced data protection.

Social Media

Gaining new patients was their primary focus. To get closer to this goal, we focused on creating content highlighting doctors, the types of services, location information, national medical days, and other pertinent information related to their 11 locations. We posted up to 4 times a week to build up their audience base and get engagement, including likes, comments, and shares.

Acquired!

With their new presence fully fleshed out, a web presence, and upbeat marketing to keep the excitement rolling, Envision embodied their new brand. As we were able to build success for their brand, Village Medical ultimately bought out Envision Medical Group and absorbed all of its practices into a larger family of medical practices.
