Creating Office Synergy

We’ve worked hand in hand with this partner on their site for many years. With the previous iteration of the site simply not cutting it as a reflection of DiSC Profiles 4U, a company working with high-profile clientele like Williams Sonoma and the EPA, we embarked on a website refresh. 

We took an approach that carried the aesthetics of the old site into the future and supported this with a thorough marketing audit. This resulted in a well-rounded site curated specifically for their key user base.

Getting Down To Business

With the design direction defined, we incorporated various motifs from the John Wiley & Sons, Inc., brand that produces the DiSC Profiles tests. They provide their partners extensive resources from photos, graphics, and beyond. With these in our arsenal, we created a cohesive design that feels unique in its own right but still very much at home within the parent brand. 

 

Throughout the site, you can see imagery of the personality profiles of the individuals in the photography. While this was helpful, it could only go so far. We incorporated an illustration library to help support the internal content pages and added additional visual elements to help flesh out the brand.

Considerate Content

Once we solidified the design, we could push on to the site build. We integrated WooCommerce on this site to facilitate purchases. This allows users to buy what they need with no phone calls needed. The product pages include extensive information outlining the product capabilities and providing various brochures and sales support materials.

We brought over all the content with the site established but ensured we maximized its potential. Our marvelous marketers performed a full content strategy to optimize all of the copy across the site to support the site goals. This involved a careful audit of backlinks across the site, proposing new topics to create content around, and a more generalized review of the verbiage across the site.

This positioned us to perform our SEO audit and strategy primarily. Using the information gleaned in the content strategy, we devised viable keywords that resonated with their audience to attempt to rank for. Now that everything was ready, we were off to the races! After some fine-tuning and final polishing, we saw the new site go live.

We refreshed the website while maintaining brand recognition. As a Wiley partner, the design reflects both the parent brand and our partner’s unique identity. Incorporating Wiley’s colors and imagery, along with the partner’s existing waveform motif, used them in a new and visually interesting way.

Content Marketing

Content & SEO Strategy

With our careful review of the state of DiSC Profiles 4U content, we identified critical areas of interest for users, including valuable backlinks, and generated new content ideas to freshen up the site. This opened the gateway to our SEO strategy, giving us new keywords to target and help our partner rank for.

WooCommerce Addition

It is a core function for our partner’s users to visit the site to purchase whatever they need. So, we outfit it with intuitive eCommerce software that is easy to use with no code on our partner’s end required! This lets them update their products, pricing, and more from one simple interface.

A Balanced Workplace

With all the good our partner does in helping teams work better together, we were too happy to work together on this site build. Our partner conducted a DiSC Profile assessment for our workplace, teaching us all how to better work with personality types that may be different from our own. It was an eye-opening experience that gave credence to this important product and re-emboldened our work towards making the best site possible.
